Many of the individuals we serve come from very difficult backgrounds and situations. Therefore, we have psychologists and counselors on staff to help  address  the mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being of those we serve.  ​Our Psychology Department earnestly strives to serve the students in our  high school Leadership Academy, Higher Education Program (including Student Housing Program), and our Career Institute. In addition, they're also available to our Global Effect staff and their families.

We believe that counseling services is another key piece to holistic ministry as we strive to meet the needs of individuals: body (physical needs), soul (counseling, education) and spirit (discipleship).
